How SDM started

SDM Real Estate began in 2016 with one frustrated buyer: a friend who had been shown the same flat by three different agents, at three different prices, with nobody willing to explain the paperwork.

That is still the problem we solve. Hyderabad has plenty of property. What it lacks is someone who will tell you which one is a bad idea and why. We built the firm around that answer.

Today we work with families buying their first home, owners selling after a transfer, and NRI investors who need someone on the ground they can trust. The city has grown quickly since 2016, and we have grown with it, from Banjara Hills out to Kokapet, Tellapur and the far side of the ORR.

We are still deliberately small. Every client is handled by one advisor from first call to registration, because that is the only way the details do not get dropped.

What we are here to do

Make buying and selling property in Hyderabad boring, in the best possible way: no surprises, no hidden fees, no document you did not understand before you signed it.

That means we will talk you out of deals as often as we talk you into them. A commission earned on a bad purchase costs us the next ten clients, so the incentive is simple and it points the same way yours does.
